Thomas Anderson, CCP Presents at ASHRAE 2012 Winter Conference

Thomas Anderson, a principal and the founder of Cx Associates, recently presented "Strategies for a Meaningful Design Review" at the 2012 ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) Winter Conference held January 21-25, 2012 in Chicago. Illinois.

Mr. Anderson, a certified commissioning professional who is noted for his expertise with high performance buildings and LEED green building certification, provided an overview of the benefits of performing a design review as part of the commissioning process, real-world examples of its financial benefits, as well as approaches commissioning agents can take to present design review comments most effectively. “It’s a great opportunity for me to present at the ASHRAE winter conference on such an important topic. Incorporating design review only strengthens the commissioning process and better serves everyone as we move forward trying to create more energy efficient, sustainable buildings,” said Anderson.
