During challenging times over the years and in particular over the past three, Eric owns tenacious control over spending and works doggedly to find economic efficiencies and advantages to keep us profitable. In less challenging economic times, Eric serves as our pecuniary watchdog. Not the snarling, barking kind mind you, but the proud, broad-shouldered, square-jawed gatekeeper, sitting bolt upright in front of the keys to the accounts who, with a small cock of his head, asks, “are you sure you want to do that?” and boy, when he says that do we think twice. However, Eric also recognizes the value of smart investments like high value healthcare, deepening our green incentives program to encourage our staff's commitment to sustainable lifestyle choices, and up-to-date technology, as a few examples.
Eric is acutely aware of the commanding value of the people, the human beings, that make up Cx Associates. Behind the scenes, not a week goes by where Eric isn’t doing something to improve our benefits and demand the utmost attention and care from our providers. His care and concern about making sure everyone has the best company experience we can provide is almost parental in its depth and degree of concern. Not only is he highly committed professionally to our success and well-being, but he is emotionally invested. This is a rare attribute to find in someone, let alone a Director of Finance and Operations.
We want to express our sincere gratitude for Eric's enduring presence and unwavering dedication. We're all better as individuals and as a company because we have Eric behind us, helping us to deliver on our mission and our commitment to clients, and inspiring us to adhere to the Cx Associates vision every day.
